Finally, as a Singaporean... I got the chance to ride on the flyer which constructed few years back :| most of the time is just passing by. Today we are bring our dear Kariya san and Iwata san to tour around city area =D Seriously, all there years I don't even tour around like this with my friends =p

Is been so long since my last post :p I admit I've been lazy updating or rarely have the chance to do it. Let see what should I post....

Sundown run is around the corner and I haven't start any training yet or maybe I should stop all this update, leave my butt off my seat and get my ass down the road start shaking it :D

How my bike lesson? Oh well... still stuck at lesson 3 and seem like the timing is impossible to met. I think I should just 豁出去 don't care anymore lol...

Recently two Japanese staffs from Osaka transferred to local company for 3 weeks. Chatting with them is a great challenge, I should learn my Japanese well during my poly life :|

Still got what to update.... Last night joined dear's friend for dinner session and pub cum birthday boy Andy celebration section. Some parts in between seem dull but nevertheless I really enjoy the outing with them.

Quite long never update leh. This few weeks was really really busy or rather lazy :x
Got the preview ticket to Universal Studios from my colleague :) Went together in his car after work. Weee~~~~

It start raining cats and dogs when we reach -.-zzz kinda spoil my mood you know but heng it didn't last very long.

Floor was wet and difficult to walk but had our fun by taking photo with those stun face of my :D The whole place was rather small of what I had imaging, maybe there are other places haven't open yet that's why.

Really looking forward to this day arrival :o continuous working for 3 weekend really is shitty. Anyway the company have organized a small celebration, hear that they are on budget this year, compare to last year celebration this year was much erm smaller scale :|

A mini game which comprise of salad making and decoration, the participant really squeezing their brain juice for making the decoration. I did not take part in the game but I've my fun going around disturb others :)

Guess this would be the most significant days for my December, to think I've stop training for two weeks before this run due to work, flu and still able to complete it.

Few months I whine about how close this run was and was like 怎么办怎么办... lol. This run is no walk in the park, mentally I was there but physically :| both of my feet just wouldn't lister to me. Can you guess how happy I was when I see this 40km sign...

Surprisingly weather wasn't that hot, expecting very hot weather as we predict to finish it around noon, even though weather is not hot I still get sunburn... what the hell...

I think it has been quite a while since I last update about my work states and life, well here goes...

Did I mention about massive units send in for repair? Well, fortunately they stop coming in this week, now we are fully concentrating on the larger number of units going to due on 1st and 2nd October. Even though we are working 12hrs daily Monday to Thursday plus weekend, the units just simply not possible to finish it on time. Let see what will happen on then :|

Due to excessive workload, I spent less time with my friends and family. This weekend has finally gave me some time on my own and them too. Yesterday went for my Shang Hai peeps birthday chalet, is has been close to 1 year since last met, tried to catch up as much as we can. Great to see them doing well :)

In between our conversation, this question came out, "As a guy grow older without have a partner, he tents toward a weirdo character". Really? I not too sure but seem that most of my friends thinks that way

I wanna change the current blog skin, initially I just wanna gave it a try on various blog skin but end up this blog skin is permanently stuck here :| OK I will find a time and search for a nice one, not sure when though.

Our 2nd night cycling organised by Louis :D This event is much more success than the previous as someone... ahem ahem :) This time round we start off close to midnight and as expected we reach back to the bicycle shop where they just open for business, just nice for returning the bikes.

This time I prepared my own entertainment, my mp3 and newly brought Sennheiser sport earphone :D They never fail to entertain me during my workout, although the bright orange colour isn't quite necessarily.

I got to admit that this race was a tough one for me :| Hot and humid in the morning, no enough water point along the way, oh boy how i finished the race??? To made things worst, one of the blur marshal had pointed in the wrong direction leading majority of the runners to a longer distance :| and that's not all, there is no water left for those runner who came later at the finishing point... what a lousy organization. I hope they can improve next year.

In order to enjoy those culture, you will have to queue first :| The queue was horrible, getting those ticket seem like impossible just looking at the queue LOL... Tips: Go early!!!

First day: Sunway lagoon - Kuala Lumpur
Second day: Genting
Third day: Malacca

My 3D2N vacation is finally here :D Total of 9 people, spilled into 2 rented car and off we go early in the morning ~_~zzz We drove through 300 plus kilometer all the way from Singapore to Sunway lagoon OoO ok the driver is not me yet so all I do was knock out behind the seat :x

Sunny, Hot and Burning day

There are both water and land event, roller coaster, water slide blah blah blah, not going to talk any more... Overall so-so lah. There was this little accident, where I drove back to the hotel when going into the damn narrow entrance, made a visible scratch :x Good news is, manage to cover up a bit before return the car, they didn't notice :D

2nd day, hit all the way to Genting from our hotel, it took us 1 hours plus to reach. It's been proven by our racer(3rd Left) that auto gear car can speed like nobody business on the way up the slope which witness helplessly by the rest of us :)

The flying coaster!!! I called it "Superman"!!!

I think this ride is the most playable although you have to fork out RM10

I having a hard time squeezed into these little ride -.-

We spent 3/4 of the time queuing and another for the ride, so mostly we are queuing!!! Sooooo long and sooooo boring. Just look at the queue will turn you off :x I think this will be the first and last time I go Genting.

Initially is not plan that Malacca is part of the trip, just because somebody said "where for lunch" and my big fat mouth answer "Malacca chicken rice is nice"... Off we go :D The last time I visited here was packed but not this time as we reached during non peck hour.

After which, is another 300km plus way back to Singapore, this time my right almost cramp after 3 hours of driving OoO

For the past week, I having problem blogging, problem with uploading photo picture, videos, change colour and my taskbar is totally missing OoO Manage to source some information from blogger forum :)

It seem that most of the victims encounter this problem are direct customers of Singnet. This are the solution I'm using and its working fine for the time being. Remember to "refresh" or "ctrl + F5" after do the setting.

For Firefox:
- From the menu, select Tools, then Options.
- Click on the "Advanced" tab.
- Click on the "Network" tab.
- Under "Connection", hit "Settings".
- Select "Manual proxy configuration".
- For HTTP proxy, enter "proxy.singnet.com.sg".
- For "Port", enter "8080".
- Click on the "OK" button 2 times.

For Internet Explorer:
- From the menu, select Tools, then Internet Options.
- Click on the "Connections" tab.
- If your computer is on a LAN, hit the "LAN Settings" button.
  - Under Proxy Server, select "Use a proxy server ...".
  - Click on the "Advanced" button.
  - For HTTP, enter "proxy.singnet.com.sg" for Proxy address, and "8080" for Port.

Aright, I'm back!!! :) back to civilization... this low key In-camp-training kinda a breeze for me :x Rush to wait, wait to rush theory never fail me, waiting for administration process is a pain in the ass.

Nothing much to say about what happen inside, basically refreshing our memory of what we have done during our NS. Posted to new platoon with new camp mate but staying with same old friends :)

Finally, after much planning, discussion and confirmation, we are able to booked a time slot on Sunday afternoon XD Paintball!!!! So excited few days before the game.

Rules
1. You don't cross the center line
2. No hiding at Revive point
3. If you are hit, go back to the Revive point and continue the game
4. If you are hit while carry cloth or brick, put it down where you stand and Rule 3 apply

How 2 Win
1st - Shoot down opponent's cone
2nd - Player bring cloth & brick back to Revive point to win the game

Tour around the battle ground before the game

Came out a plan how should we play... but on actual ground, those plan doesn't matter, because is a chaos out there!!!

Our ammo XD... there are roughly 60-70 paintball ammo for each people per game. Those little ball contain vegetable oil inside, if one of them direct hit and burst on your skin, it will leave a bruise mark for a few days :x

The ground looked small at first, I was thinking the game could end very fast and indeed per game last around 7-15mins but end of each game was physically exhausted for us OoO

Occasionally some of us run until out of breath while holding the cloth or brick and we have to hide behind the cover to catch our breath.

Been a while since I last blog :D nothing much on work, same old story. Here story of my weekend XD

Organized by our team leader, he invited us to his hometown Pengerang, this place is situated in Johor, Malaysia. Not really far from Singapore, just took a ride from changi jetty terminal will take you there.

It took the miserable small boat 50mins to reach the other side, and another 20mins taxi ride with at least 100km/h speed to reach the town -.-

Spent sometime at Tong's father shop before take our belonging to our hotel (Seng Huat). Really grateful to tong's father, not only he bring us around the town but paid the fee of our accommodation. 谢谢你 Father :D

今天跟亲戚们去了食品店一日游。今天还真早起床呢，结果包租巴士的出发时间也没早到那里去啊，还亏我七点起床啊，昨天老子可是三点才睡觉 -.-zzz

其实早料到没什么好玩的，不过我和阿妹的自我娱乐技能帮我们熬过了今天，哈哈哈哈哈。。。

The event is smaller and not as grand compare to Adidas Sundown, still it has its charm. Their race route has more scenery to see, especially the slope at Mt Faber, what can I say.... the slope is killing me!!!

Learned my lesson, starting of the race I ran slower than usual as to save energy for the upcoming slope. However half way through the slope, I still out of breath :x 凶啊

This week seem passed very slow~~~ Is like I have endure a long hardship until I see my light of hope yesterday the moment we knock off :) Actually almost every week seem slow to me :x

My contract going end this month, I'm like a sitting duck waiting there, awaiting the news of re-contract should there have any :) This recession period have caused disappointment among few of us as our company have freeze headcount of perm staff, it seem to be unfair to those have been temp staff for almost a year. Just hope that this unease period will pass soon.

YEAH WE DONE IT

Although I wouldn't say 10km is a long distance but enough to test my endurance. A really enjoyable sweaty night.

The organization giving out those cute light stick for the runner to wear on whatever they want to be :) It didn't took long after the race start as I remove the stick which is really annoying me :x

The start point was blast with hip hop music and the voice of the MC really juice up our spirit

About 5min before the race

My running pace is quite fast during the first few kilometer which end up struggling at the back of the race :x priceless experience earned :)

Somehow I still manage to endure all the way to the finishing line without stopping, the moment when crossing the line was unforgettable. For the upcoming Mizuno Mt Faber run, I should be better managing my running pace.

This may sound embarrassing but I got abrasion at my right nipple -.- is all the fault of the singlet keep rubbing it. Maybe next time I wear a sport bar whahaha...

Got my running tag on Friday ^o^v As expected, long queue was formed as we reach. Fortunately, we were told there was another queue for group marathon which surprisingly much shorter =] didn't took long before my turn, moreover we were lucky enough or ugly enough to get a queue cut for my friend as the booth serve both single and group marathon runner.

We have been training for this run a little over two months, if had not been Xiao ping & Gwen company, most probable I wouldn't be in current state where physically and mentally confident in the run. Lets hope that all of us can keep the pace up =]

All I have to do is focusing landing on my foot, tired but the sense of satisfaction at the end of the run is priceless =]

What a sleepily morning -_-zzz... why can't they sleep more -.- Is not a complaint here but more to wondering... never mind I did it anyway after much struggling of getting up.

"A good day start with good breakfast", I couldn't agree more... having a delicious buffet breakfast within the hotel incorporated with their unbelievable lousy planned number of staffs there, things are going way too slow for a FIVE STAR hotel!!!

Damn it... their management are sleeping or what, I can only see a poor lady serving the god damn long queue while the rest of the staffs are either cleaning up the table or or or..... doing whatever they are doing... They are short of people!!! OMG... how can the management level allow something like this to happen???

Somewhere outside there took it :\

Along the path of... river

Rely on Ronald memory, human relations and sense of direction, we reached the boat jetty as planned. It took us 20mins to reach the jetty and the boat actually took us back from the path we walked down and onward -.- kinder... waste time...

It was damn hot inside -.-" The boat row row row... and it drop us near the church area. Nothing much to see though :|

We had chicken rice ball AGAIN for our lunch (condemn chicken rice liao)... It written kampong chicken on the menu so it supposedly to be tender, juicier, and more flavorful than regular chicken but... hmm... the meat kinder ---> Hard o.o

Shop around 三叔公 for local product, brought 3 packs of curry powder for my mum LOL. Went back to hotel and the complaint continue here...

For some reason, we accidentally lock the door that connected between 2 room, it can only be unlock from another side. To make matter worst, the other side of the room had their door knob lock too... such a coincidence huh...

The incident happened and have been inform to the receptionist before we left for the jetty, so we expected the door should be unlock before we come back. Unfortunately, not only the door is still locked but they gave us lame excuse for it.

Hungry face o.o

Left for dinner after door unlock by hotel staff. Wanted to have satay recommend by Ronald's friend, unfortunately is closing by the time when we reached and is only 6pm -.- Then decided to go Jonker Street night market instead. Totally different scene, temp stalls were stretched-out along the street that crowded with people making more lively than afternoon.

Even though we missed out the satay, we end up having satay gravy without the satay meal though :x better than never...

Personal conclusion of the the hotel

Having poor management and the unfriendliness service is what made this trip a memorable one, believe or not but I remember their lousy service more than I could remember what I've done there. Kinder waste huh...

Phew~~ Finally, this is it guys/girls. Our memorable Malacca trip photo :)

We reached the hotel around 2pm if I'm not wrong, bus journey was really damn long, tired and sleepy -.- actually part of is I didn't eat much for breakfast lol... end up reaching there feeling like vomiting :|

They say first first impressions counts, well... it really does. Upon reaching the hotel lobby, I can feel the different, the feeling is marvelous... is really unexplainable :) sorry for the exaggeration.

The so-called "giving-me-good-first-impressions" 5 star hotel didn't last long, not long enough for us to see our room.

First error them made,

We booked 3 rooms --> We end up having 4 rooms in their lists... that sucks
Have requested an extra bed in one of the room --> Not done... sucks more
The guy who served us at the counter gave us a don't care, don't know anything so is not his fault attitude --> Lousy!!!

After passed down the arrangement we need at their reception, we set out to search for our very first meal there... Chicken rice ball!!! I must say the first meal we ate there was..... so-so :|

Hmm... it does look good in the photo, oh well... the rice ball supposedly to be soft and tender (That's what everybody say)... somehow the rice ball hardness can fight with 粽子 :| but I must admit their 黑浆油 very nice :)

After the so-so delicious meal... we set out again to search for activity. We did found something that entertain us the whole afternoon... A moveless train -.-

Trying to make the best out of it, we came out the best pattern we can think of... btw do support our 舞台剧 :)

Just to say again, that thing is not moving :)

I going to make a fast one here as I wanna complaint something :) Ok, after that we have our dinner somewhere around there... I don't know where but the food is nice anyway.

By the time we get back to hotel, most of us is already quite tired -.- so we expect the arrangement have been done...

Second error them made,

No... no extra bed for us --> You nod your head right when we tell you during afternoon... so where is my bed??? great more waiting!!!

It may not be the same person we told but message is not pass down to their respective department, so is this the type of service we get at a FIVE STAR HOTEL

Where shall I start??? maybe start from morning...

Not a very good start I must say, problem just keep pouring in one after another. All because of that freaking paper work, must it be so complicated? Why can't you be simple? Final test procedural is not any better, problem still lie with paper work... chop wrong place lah, forgot to write this lah write that lah blah blah blah...

My final blow was a 2 units with their "Service Request" and "Smart IT" wrong!!! Thanks to my colleagues helping me if not I really can faint there. Due to the problem I missed my morning break, was really hungry when close to lunch time =.= bad mood man

Thing got better after lunch -.-v continue with repair and pretest. Not so bad... still able to handle it :| ok lets hope things will be better tomorrow.

初二：因时间没法配合所以没得拜年，晚餐就到那 appear out of nowhere seafood restaurant吃。

I admit, usually I don't eat that much of food. Today at PizzaHut, those food, I really stuff into my mouth although half way through already full.

With the combination of the brownies at Swensen !!! Unbelievable... You Feel Me???

Food is nice though =] Xie Xie Ni Men for the Voucher =]

I'm NOT going to eat anything at dinner...

Supposedly, it should be gladsome news for you but in fact that's not the true. Where those negative thought came from? It appeared out of no where from the bottom of the heart. At that point of time upon hearing the news, that thinking is just so ugly!!!

What had caused this? Lack of faith? Or it's those hard worked been put through had gone in vain? Or the jitteriness incorporated with the lack of language competence during the presenting had caused those dissatisfaction feeling with oneself? Worst, incompetence maybe the best word.

Although oneself may not been in the worst situation, but as desired doesn't seem to come any where near, accumulation many of those unsatisfied state had really caused emotional disturbance.
